Cooking course


This course is offered to participants of every level and provides all the knowledge needed to prepare a magnificent Italian dinner for your friends once you return home from Italy.

The class offers appetizers made generally of fried items and bruschetta, a first course, a second course, and a dessert.  For the first course, choose from either ravioli, lasagne, gnocchi, or pasta, all made in true Sorrento style.  Then select meat or fish for the second course.

Example of cooked meals:

  • Mozzarella and tomato antipasto
  • Zucchini flowers stuffed with cheese
  • Fritters and croquettes
  • Eggplant Parmesan
  • Pasta with seasonal vegetables
  • Meat
  • Fish
  • Patate Saltate (fried potatoes)
